March is Ethics Awareness Month for municipal managers. As a member of the International City & County Management Association (ICMA), I have an ethical standard that I must live by (please see attached). I even keep a copy of this code of ethics in a frame on the wall in my office. The mission of ICMA is to create excellence in local governance by developing and fostering professional local government management worldwide. I share this mission with the Town of Sturbridge.
